About the Role:
As a member of the Jamie’s Italian team you’ll hit the ground running in our incredibly busy restaurants. You’ll have plenty of experience gained in a similar high-volume restaurant environment where you’ll have learned how to be a perceptive people reader who understands how to tailor their service and really engage with each individual customer to exceed their service expectations.
You’ll be passionate about brilliant service and, finally, you’ll be the perfect ambassador for Jamie’s Italian because you’ll absolutely love what you do! This is a shift based role so you’ll need to be available to work a combination of days, evenings and weekends.
Wait Staff Responsibilities;
·To converse with your customers in a warm and friendly way.
·To learn the fresh ingredients to all the specials and explain them fabulously.
·To serve customers their favourite dish in a timely manner with a big smile.
·To learn the Jamie’s Italian menu and retain a good knowledge of it.
Bar Staff Responsibilities;
·To converse with your customers in a warm and friendly way.
·To be proud of and to keep the bar clean and sparkling.
·To serve customers their favourite drinks with a big smile.
·To learn the Jamie’s Italian cocktails and mix them with delight.
·Manage all requests for drinks and work happily with the Front of House team.
